SLLA requests donations for its new building
SLLA is planning to build its own Education and Training Center at Pannipitiya. After many years of hard work SLLA was able to get a land from the UDA. More than 80% of the Public and School librarians received their professional education through the SLLA education programm. SLLA had to face many difficulties in conducting these courses since there was no proper venue. SLLA expects to have its own training center to cater to the needs of the thusands of librarians all over the country.
